I might be stuck here....I restarted with the latest beta and have gotten through the room update and the task for the bed but nothing else seems to be going on.

When you have the note and ask Gem you have immediately the translated note without to ask Taylor first. After this Gem told all time she have it not with puzzles. You can aso make/cook meals before you know you can do it.

Can I do with this note at the moment something? (1xtime deciphered and 1xtime translated)

Is Morgan in the Game? I mean so you can further after she shut the door.

I aso see nothing what Scruffy put for the last time into my room.

Maybe bug or not you have no cabinet in your room anymore after upgrading your room (I think you need something like this for your working clothes if you use it or not in the game after you wear it).

You are as far as you can be. Some of the minor characters don't have end path text.

Taylor and Morgan don't have end text and you are as far as you can get with them.
The translated note is a minor bug and I will fix it for the next release. You are supposed to go to Taylor and then Gem. Right now that is the end of that path. For background lore only.
Cooking before getting told is working as intended. No harm done.
Scruffy starting on the next room upgrade is a teaser for the next big release. Nothing new there yet.
The cabinet is removed after a certain upgrade as it is no longer needed and the room description got a bit too large. From a realistic point this is slightly weird. Will look into a more elegant solution.

Ok, at 0754151601622. Haven't started with Angela at all. Have completed Frey, Daisy, and Gem. Only managed 1 room upgrade.

You have come pretty far considering.

The room upgrades are the ones holding you back from the last couple of steps with Lara.
You should be able to "share pictures" with scruffy to get the next upgrade as you have already asked about a new bed.

Added Beta 0.26. Last release before next major development push.
No new content to speak of. Some fixes and streamlining.

Ok, that got me going and suddenly it was a deluge of new stuff.

Ended up with some issues....

Got the cleanup task for Frey right after, but to do that I seemed to need to do the workout first to be able to get enough Stamina to do the task
I ended up skipping dinner, including making it a few times to get my two work shifts in
Not sure if that was the cause, but I noticed my X value went down to 0 (it was dropping to negative at one point until I went back to a save), its never climbed back up
I've completed the cleanup, as well as the Lara shopping excursion
Completed the workout sessions with Taylor and Gem (but no progression)

I was running version c at first, then switched to d with my saves as I reran from the beginning
Will rerun with 26 when I get a chance to see how it goes since I have a better idea of progression

Progress!

The cleanup task does require that you have more endurance then you start out with. Either from training or bed upgrade combined with shower and food. Working as intended.
Skipping a workshift is not the end of the world.
There was a X bug in C that I hope is fixed. If you notice X go down in D or 26 please let me know what you did.
Regarding progress you should have some events waiting for you at different times/places.
Some might depend on more cooking or surfing the internet. If you need more specific hints let me know. But you seem to be on the right track.

For now I will not release blorb versions as there are some errors with different runners. Once I feel everything is working again I will resumed the release of that version. The standalone might still show as a false virus positive but as mentioned in the posts here we are pretty sure that it is completely safe to run it.

The blorb version however allows one to use the full ADRIFT install which seems to allow one to run the debugger on any blorb. Which makes giving information on bugs a whole lot easier. Also helps people like me to not get stuck and find if they missed anything.

The exe version doesn't even present an option to run the debugger in the menu's.

You are right that the standalone version does block some of the possibilities a player has to debug. I can enable the debugger in the next release if people feel they need it.
Since the first release here I have not gotten any feedback that indicated that a player had found a bug via the debugger that could not have been found via normal feedback from the game.
That the blorb version allowed full access in Adrift might seem like a good thing, but as the developer I am not interested in players having access to all the information. There should never be a reason for a player to need that info, even less so now that the major mechanical bugs have been ironed out.
If you can't progress because of this then please let me know where you are stuck and I will look into an ingame solution.

Hello! Been trying your game out from early on and I have to say I have been enjoying it in its growth. Keep up the good work and looking forward to further developments in the game.

Now I do have some game questions.

I have paid for the amplifier repair and have gone back to the club at 20 and did not see any change. Wondering what it is I might have done wrong.
