And thanks for a great game!

Gonorrhius wrote:Thank you for all the hard work! I am sure this is a great game but I didn't have the chance to play it more than a couple of times, when it was first released. ...Well, I must admit that we aren't talking about chance alone.
I wanted to play the game when it had a kind of a closure rather than huge content, as I hate to wait for episodes of any kind. In other words, if, for various reasons, I will no longer be able to play/watch the next episodes, the game/TV show etc. should still feel complete.
This is a bit of a paradox because I very much hate waiting but, at the same time, am extremely patient.
Now I have decided that I must tackle this seemingly superb game. But I'll get back here when I'll conclude this long post.
Since two years ago I kind of said "goodbye" to my desktop computer. It's still in my house but it's been put aside. I also forgot its passwords (not that it would be a problem if I really, really, really want to use it again). The problem is I am no longer able to use a desktop computer. ...Especially for playing. ...Especially adult content. The Windows based computer I seldom use now is no larger than an external HDD.
If one would like I could elaborate and debate a lot about this subject.
What's important now is that I am not exactly swiminig against the stream here. Statistics show a definite growing trend of smartphone use & smartphone users. What I personally fail to understand is why, for almost every piece of software outside the official market I am forced to do hundreds of researches and tweaks. For LOP Gold and Sharks games I had to use an old UC browser (9.2 if I remember correctly) or Puffin Browser and lot of other tweaks. For Sex&Glory I had to make huge efforts to be able to play on mobile. For local swf there are other tweaks. For HTML games I had a total of 13 browsers installed on my phone + booklets to see context. ...I could rant for hours about this subject.
Getting back to the main point: unfortunately the game is now unplayable on mobile phones. The GUI is breaking the game for me, although I don't doubt that it looks great on PC browsers. No mobile browser can deal that sticky and huge header. The pics are the size of an ant, text looks huge etc..
Is it possible you could also post a more mobile friendly version (old GUI/classic HTML), while keeping the content? Of course, there's no rush at all and, most importantly, not the slightest grudge if that wouldn't be possible.
Thank you and wish you all lagooners a happy new year!

then it has to come like this (landscape mode)
Well, that's one step better than one of my former bosses who didn't even approve of the family dinners.Vitu wrote:I approve the family dinner but who gave you permission for the coffee breaks???!!! Back to work!
No promises here, but we'll look into it as we have time. It's never been intended to support phones with the game. That's just a lot more effort than it's worth for this kind of project, regarding all the different sizes, types, resolutions, capabilities, etc... It should be playable well on a Tablet, and is designed to sense portrait vs landscape and change modes to better handle those formats. Maybe we can look at some kind of simple mode, or plain mode that works better in your situation. Just because we don't "officially" support phones, if there's some relatively easy steps we can take to make it at least playable for you, we'll certainly look into that.Gonorrhius wrote:Is it possible you could also post a more mobile friendly version (old GUI/classic HTML), while keeping the content?
What is your screen size and resolution? The game does play best when the browser is put into full-screen mode, especially at lower resolutions/sizes.Stormy wrote: the font is a bit small, the images are a bit small,
Endings, in this scene, may be a little confusing because they are recorded just before the storyline branches merge, but in this case, there's a bit of common content after that point. When trying to figure it out, think of how things end up before Jasmine comes out of her area at the end of the day. This is where all the story-lines merge for the scene to end. It's not about what kind of date you set up with Emily. That determines where the next story-lines branch out from this node.
