I played through last night and really, really enjoyed this game.

As others have said, it feels a bit limited right now in terms of freedom of action/choice. I am actually slightly uncomfortable with the idea of someone seducing another and breaking up that person's seemingly happy relationship; I'd almost love this game much more if it was merely Colleen trying to get with a single PC.

The interaction and dialog was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed reading all of the dialog/explanations.

I'll do a blog post when most of the game's mechanics are fleshed out, but I can say that we're
currently working on some ideas that I haven't seen in many AIF games so far. Let's hope we can
pull it off

Seems like you have learned a lot from the previous game, so it will be quite interesting to see where this one goes... especially with the tease of something rarely seen in AIF.

Just played this. Been a long time since I played a TADS game. Even tried my hand at developing a game using and earlier version of TADS. Didn't have the time or inclination to finish. I don't have TADS anymore but am impressed with the improvements to it. I found this game to be extremely well written and the replayablity very impressive. It was nice to see that there were multiple good endings although there was no sexual encounters with his girlfriend. Actually there were multiple ways to have a sexual encounter with Colleen that of course ended with losing Pat or not submitting to Colleen which ended with "happily ever after" with Pat. So two endings with multiple ways to reach one.

All in all a very good game if you consider the limitations of TADS. It doesn't allow for motion but the pics were great. You were to tell the story both graphically and with text. Didn't find a way to go anywhere outside the Main Room. Might have been nice to go to the upper floor and Colleen's bedroom. I liked the fact that there were multiple ways to get through the "Games of Desire" board game. Nice touch. Didn't explore to see how many ways there were. Played it 3 or 4 times with no complete repeat of anything except the sex scene. Although one of those times did end up with the "happy ending" one.

edit: Just checked out your new in progress game. Looks like it will also be winner especially with the new characters. Hope to see it soon.

Thanks guys! Unfortunately, I can't provide an ETA for The Big Leagues, because there's still a lot of work to be done before it can be released.
The good news is that a lot of the heavy lifting is done; the world, most of the characters and gameplay are completely fleshed out and we are now working on adding more content to the game. It'll probably take several months to complete it, but hopefully it will be worth the wait.

I hope it's still coming out - the images so far are beautiful, and concept sounds great.
