As I see many of you were able to avoid this bug.
I've been stuck in the loop of these 2 actions, and I can't get the 1000EUR scene with Noelle.
I wouldn't like to use codes, if possible.

Greyelf wrote:Generally if a RAGS game was created using version 2.4.X (where X is a minor release number) of the Developer application then it is best to use version 2.4.16 of the Player application.
If the game was created using one of the 3.X versions of the Developer application then it is best to use the latest version of the Player application you can get, which is currently 3.0.59.0

Honestly I don't know which version was used to develop the game.

It says it in the title line when you open the file.
It says the program name "rags blah blah", then the filename you've opened, and after the .rag it says a number, a version number, that's what was used to make the game

Agreed, it's best to use the same version of the RAGS-player as the RAGS-developer used to create a game. That said, from what I have seen to date, the RAGS 3.x series mostly adds on viewing enhancements and developer tools. Things like colored text, bold, and italics are from the 3 series. These don't work in the 2.x series, one just sees the < b > tags included as raw text. I've not had a game "break" on me from using 2.4.16, although as RAGS continues to develop, I'm sure it will eventually become a regularity.
Regardless, enough people seem to experience the scene looping and have claimed it so in several different versions of the player. Most likely it is a logic hole currently in the game. The game is still a work in progress. Bugs are going to appear. One can trying switching between player versions, but it isn't real likely to fix the issue.
