I've just about got the multi-directory AC done. I just need to do a little more testing. It was more complicated than it seemed, but I like the feature. Along with Wolf's use case, it also provides a solution for multi-language, which I would have used in my past games. Should have it out this week.

Okay, I've uploaded version 5.6 of AC. http://www.mediafire.com/download/six8f ... reator.zip

This adds multi-directory support. The first file you open needs to be in the main directory (the one with the css files) but after that you can put htms and jpgs in subdirectories. This was a fairly complicated change that touched a lot of the code. I think I tested it well enough, but if you find any bugs please let me know and I'll fix them.

If you pick up AC 5.6 you need to update the exe, the template, and the _functions.js (it's in the example).

I also put an updated version of jpgconv in the utilities directory. Now if you put /s instead of the directory name it'll go through the current directory and all subdirectories and convert the jpgs in place (overwriting the existing files).

While I was in the code, I added another feature for Wolf. AC 5.7 uploaded. http://www.mediafire.com/download/six8f ... reator.zip

This allows you to have an extra javascript file on a per htm basis. There's now a JS: box right below the title. Put something like _game2.js there and that page will load _game2.js as well as _game.js.

Everythings working rly great. I use your engine for a little game (will be like Aaron's Life, with pictures of The Klub 17/3D Sexvilla 2). Probably release a preview version soon, just to see if it's good enough to keep on working, because my english sucks (maybe I underestimate myself) and I can't write the story as good as you. But we will see [img]images/icones/icon14.gif[/img] .

However, nice work tlaero!

I'm always happy to see more people making games in my favorite genre of sex games, so here's my support for what it's worth :)

Your english seems fine enough, maybe someone will need to proofread before it's officially released but it's still fine

Your English seems fine to me. Don't let that hold you back. Even if it needs minor tweaks, I'm sure someone will offer to proof it with you.

But like i said, you've done a great job, everything is working fine ;).
And as I am going to do an apprenticeship (? dont know how it's called in english) as an application developer I can program some things on my own.
It's a good way to learn some javascript, because I will need it in the job and never used it before :D.


@Super:
Since you already said you like those games.. Maybe you want to be a alpha/beta tester? It will take some time til I can release a preview, because I just working
on the game for like 1 week now.. But thats the good thing on not creating own images.. I've already done like 90 different pages (images+htm files).
If you want to, I will contact you via private message ;). Would be great to get an opinion from someone else than me :p .

PS: The game contains some kind of incest, futa/transsexuals and much voyeur stuff..
But enough of my game, I'll create an own thread for it when I'm releasing the preview. B2T.

Well fa definetly different than most games :p I don't really mind that stuff so much though

I'd be happy to beta. If you're not aware, I actually wrote a game with this engine, Inspiring Celina, though someone else did the art. Though we're using another engine for the next game because... Well, because Sy waned to rally lol But yeah, I know how to make a game like this so I can help. And those fetishes don't really bother me like it might some people so yeah

Ah really? I played your game a while ago. But I don't remember how much content (sexual stuff) was in there.. Probably I've got some more scenes, because it's not a "virtual date" sim, more a story telling game. So Im not sure how much decisions you can make.. I'll try to add some different ways you can choose, but the main story will be more linear (of course you still can make some wrong choices..).
I'm not sure how much time I can spend on the game, because Ive got some stress atm, and the ~90 pages I told you about is only 1-2 day so far. Some nudity, but no real sexual content yet.
I like voyeur stories/games and got some ideas, with webcams you can add in some rooms and watch them on your smartphone and stuff, that's why the working title is "Diary of a pervert" ;).

Did you play Emily: Sisters attraction? I liked the idea behind the game, so one of the main characters in the game is the main characters cousin. And she got a female friend that.. well, I don't want to spoiler :D.

So get prepared for lots of nudity. Not sure if it is (or will be) too much :S.

Well Inspiring Celina didn't have too much sex since I was trying to focus on the romantic nature. It was mostly linear which I sort of didn't plan, the movie date was originally optional but I moved it to after the test because I felt I needed one more date, for example. The sequel, Envying Celina, will have more sex and more variation while still being a linear story because that's shat I want to focus on. It's hard to try and plan, but yeah. Point is, it's possible to have story and some interactivity so I hope you do so.

Glad to see another game in the making! Don't worry about if the nudity you include is too much or not enough. If you ask 100 people their opinion, 50 will say "too much", 50 will say "not enough" and none will say "just right." [img]images/icones/icon10.gif[/img] Make the game you want. Some will like it, and some won't. It doesn't matter what you do, that won't change, so just make the game you like, and have fun doing it! There's an audience for any kind of content.

Ok, you're probably right Wolfschadowe, thanks.

Finally I know why the image files were so fucking big (500-900KB!). The Klub 17 saves its screenshots in .png, i tried to lower the quality, but it doesnt work.
My game (so far) was like 120mb, now, after I converted them into .jpg, its only 20mb (with about 120 images). And the quality of the images are still the same :D.
Thanks for the tools/utilities you added to the creator ;). Now I don't have to worry about the filesizes (and the bigger GIFs) anymore. [img]images/icones/icon7.gif[/img]
