I've finished creating the game, now just wait until Greebo correct grammatical errors. Then I need few people for testing the game. I don't want to release game with bugs. So if anybody want to test the game write there and I will send you the link of the game, when Greebo send me corrected text.

I wish to make my apologies to everyone involved in this project, Dakutis in particular. I have already made some apology by PM but I thought I owed more of an explanation to those waiting on my beta-ing of the English scripting of the game.

This may seem a little like the schoolboy excuse of "the dog ate my homework" but I thought I had got everything sorted by last weekend only to find that I had accidentally gone over some old ground and deleted the new, so I had to start afresh -- that's where my troubles really started! I have since had a hell of a week, starting when my son called on my wife and myself to help him with his newly purchased narrow boat. It was in a marina on the Grand Union Canal, and although he is aiming to live aboard and operate it single handed, he wanted us to assist him in the early stages. Not only has it eaten up all our spare time, but while we were walking along a very muddy towpath, my wife slipped over, and while I was trying to break her fall, she bumped against me, and the next thing i knew I was horizontal over the canal, and an instant later, horizontal under the canal!

Since the canal had had ice on it the day before and also the day after this, you can imagine that my first words on surfacing, were "Oh shit!" and a few other choice epithets as I floundered out of the water into a brisk, wind chill generating 20mph breeze. My joy was made whole when I pulled my £300 Nokia N9 out of my waterlogged pocket and found it had negligible water proofing, and had succumbed. Fortunately the event had happened close to my son's narrow boat and I was able to ward off hypothermia by huddling, nude and shivering hard, around the boat's woodburning stove, while my son, who is shorter and slimmer than me, dug out some of his dry clothes.

Following happenings were fortunately of lesser evil significance.

I have now, at last, completed my editing mission and emailed the results to Dakutis -- hopefully they will aid him!

As long as nothing has yet corroded, you're probably fine. There's generally not enough amperage in those things to destroy the circuitry, and surface-mount components are typically fairly rugged. Just take it apart, and let the parts dry individually. If you don't have the tools for that, some of those silica packs, or even some rice, in a sealed pot with the phone, will desiccate it. I had an older Nokia go through the wash cycle and halfway through the dry before I heard it clanking around and realized I had left it in the pocket of some cargo shorts. Aside from some lint behind the screen, it turned out no worse for the wear.

I am sorry Greebo, I did not know that you have so many problems in real life.

Now I am uploading game with edited text, and soon I send a link to few of you who wants to test it, before I publish the game to all. I want to publish it on Valentine day. I think there is not so many bugs that I can not to correct all it, untill that day.
So beta testers have only few days to test it. So if you have time and want to test the game write me and I will send you a link.

Heh! Don't worry too much about me, I've survived even if my N9 is a bit sorry for itself! It's just that my misfortunes seemed to combine to resist your desire to get your nice little game out and tested. It's just another example of the effects of Resistentialism as espoused by the little known French philosopher,Pierre-Marie Ventre under the slogan "Les choses sont contre nous" -- "Things are against us"!

It seems the effects of this little disturbance in the fabric of reality continued for my son after we left him to drive 75 miles back home. As he was trying to find a suitable place to moor about two miles from the nearest houses, his main accessory drive belt -- equivalent to a car's fan belt -- snapped, allowing him just enough engine time to find a place and moor up. Fortunately he had had the sense to sign up to a call out service and was able to get an engineer to the boat the next day -- never mind the fact that the engineer had to botch a repair with an undersized belt along with an injunction to my son to go to the nearest marina to get it fixed properly as soon as possible!

Celebrate the fact -- Shit Happens!
