I just reran through it to make sure it works and there wasn't a problem. Anna should be the only one at the crash site until you doublefuck her. Once you do Jenny and Kim should show up. You didn't by any chance have Silvers telling you to watch while he does Anna did you?

The first thing i did when i arrived at the site was doublefuck her so the other two would show up. I just realized however i did do ONE thing slightly different than i wrote i'm not sure if it effects the outcome or not but i quickly changed it in the guide nonetheless. As far as I am aware, the requirements for that ending are pretty straight-forward.

1. James has to have had sex with Jenny and/or Kim. It doesn't matter if Silvers is aware of it or not. If James has only had sex with one, that's the only one who will show up. Their appearance is triggered by the first double penetration of Anna.

2. Silvers has to believe that both Anna and James are infected by the alien. For Anna, you can investigate her past but the easiest way is to catch her with Silvers. For James, you just not take any precautions or have sex with Ashlee. If Silvers believes that both James and Anna are infected, there won't be any options when you get to the crash site. It will be straight into the threesome.

However, like LFox I usually leave deflowering Kim until day 3, so it's just possible that makes a difference.

Try all the possible conversation options, especially any flirting but not propositioning her, asking her if she wants to make out etc.

After doing some experimentation I managed to have sex with Anna on day 3, but it looks a lot like it might be a bug.
Basically on day 1 all I did was lick her pussy in the kitchen.
