Let's not expect Shark to set up a tutorial on this.

At the bottom of his models page is a short form of this address:

On that page is a download of the animation program that Shark says he favours (of course there are other tools which he uses - note site details)

Also on the anim8or site are some tutorials, I've found the hand a good one for a start.
