I assume you're talking about the very beginning of the game. There have been several explanations for this, one being a slow computer. Try lowering the quality of the flash. (I find that the graphics look smoother on medium quality anyway.)

Also, getting Angela off at the start of the game requires a bit of technique in the whole shoulder-rubbing thing. I can get her to 50% (the max at the start) in a few seconds flat; here are some tips.

~When you're rubbing her shoulders, use a circular motion.
~Place your whole hand over her shoulder to get the maximum effect. This applies to almost every situation in the game. As a visual aid, place the heel of your hand on her shoulder and have the rest of your hand down over her chest, the hold the mouse button down and use the small circular motion.
