From what I've discovered, the CTRL + Enter command only has 3 functions/results.

1) When she is in the middle of a move (like pulling her jacket back on) it will pause the entire game. This is probably a bug, but a useful one if you need to take a break.

2) To get yourself passed the feather/tickle part of the game. Be patient and keep trying. Press CTRL + Enter once and then move the mouse cursor in such a way as to do exactly what the 'help' hint suggests.
(Also, as another hint for all of you whom are stuck. If you don't know WHERE to click next, press the TAB button a few times. The answers will become more obvious.)

3) It also, oddly enough, will toggle your cursor between the hand and the finger during the nipple phase of the game. Though it is not neccessary to use CTRL + Enter to do such.

After reading the tips here in the forum, I had great success with the game and like it better than all the others. Mostly because you dont have to worry about your meter and blowing it prematurley.

Stuck in the feather part, gauge doesn't rise anymore. To press ANY key doesn't help either. Enter+ Ctrl is'n't the solution also.
