This looks like a great game, and I can see that some people are getting some where in this game ( I envy you people ).

However I can't get past step 1. I've been rubbing her sholders for about an hour now. I've tried to remove her shirt (or over coat). But the pleasure bar doesn't do much but twitch between 2% and 5% (it never gets halfway past the middle of the top leaf of the flower).

I have downloaded the game.
I have turned my Quality level to "Low" as suggested.
I have tried different techniques (she seems to like a circular motion).
I have tried many times to take the over-coat off.

But nothing seems to work.

How do I get the pleasure bar to rise up enough for me to even get to 50% ?

this is what you going to do i had problems also...go to a shoulder and rub it in a circular motion...get it up to 50% two times them click the lam at the bottem....

About how long does it take? Like I said, I rubbed her sholders for about an hour and the meter never got above 5% (or so).

Should I just work on 1 sholder or both?

Here is a little tip that has been left out.

If all I do is rub her sholders then the pleasure bar just twitches a little and doesn't get me anywhere.

But if I hold down ANY key on the keyboard then the meter rises like a bubble in water.

I still can't get her to take off her over coat though. Maybe she just doesn't like me.
