You have to have the meter at around 50% from rubbing her shoulders, then you can switch off the light.

Iceman,
Get her meter to 50% by rubbing her legs, then you have to be quick, and hit all three with the feather before the meter runs out.
I also think its REALLY stupid you cant set an object down once you pick it up if you dont complete the task the first time. So you have to start all over.
