Raelee already warned you and now you go swimming with 3 mermaids? I guess you like it dangerous.

I wonder if one, in fear of mermaids, might use a ruse as follows to free one's pool?

A senior citizen in northern Australia had dammed a creek to make a swimming hole for his pleasure. Hearing some joviality from that direction he noticed several petite attractive but naked young ladies enjoying the water.

Since they had trespassed he went to find a bucket and slowly ventured to the shallow end of the waterhole. They saw him and swam to the deep (weir) end of the waterhole.

He raised his bucket, "Lovely ladies, I didn't come here to ogle on your nudity, I often come to feed the crocodile!"

Silly man! Had his own real life "mermaids", but not now!!
Squeaky is clean, I'm just a tad messy!

Is "no risk, no fun" like "No Pain, No Gain"?

We are somewhat "off topic" here however, this thread has become very entertaining and informative!!! Even though there are bikes in the canals of Amsterdam, are you sure that there are no mermaids swimming as well?

There have been reports of people seeing mermaids in the canals. But questions have been raised of the trustworthiness of those, considering the state of consciousness of the witnesses.

you know the proverb: no risk, no fun?

If you stick your head in the mouth of a lion, it can bite. Don't say you haven't been warned.

I have a really good idea that the "conscious witnesses" who have seen those mermaids...saw them not wearing any Bras!!

Une petite remarque : Quelques iles de Potynésie (dont Tahiti) sont françaises donc on peut être polynésien et français à la fois.
