Some of the confusion might be that there are 2 versions of this game. The one at the link posted by Steve is to the small version 1.0 which doesn't have many of the features being discussed.

If you go to that link and read down close to the bottom of the comments you'll find a post by "Goober 16 Dec : 17:02" with a Torrent link to the Complete game - version 1.5. I downloaded that and it installed ok. It's 367 MB and took about 40 min to download with 8 seeders.
