That is a very good question. Perhaps they want to avoid the site being overflowed with generic porn pictures from porn movies. I don't know.

The name surly does not fit the site. There are some good art there, but deviant it is not. They do accept nudity, but no sexual acts involved though.

You might try flickr. I know it is a photosite but there's a large community of picturemakers from second life active overthere. Just notice whenever your pics are adult material they're not visible for non-members of Flickr anymore. It is your own responsibility to tell you're using adult material and you have to tag your posts that way. Just let me know when you're interested and send me a PM.
