Hongfire Anime network - The biggest site I have ever seen

Allright I am gonna take a big chance here, and if I cross the line, I hope you will forgive me. Follow my train of thoughs here. It's kindergarden psychology. They did it, and hopefully I can do it and get away with it too.

A while back BBporn was recommended and embraced by this community. When it come to games/flashgames and just about everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING that got to do with anime and hentai there is really only one resource you need. Here you find both torrents and second party direct downloadlinks from the various usual host sites ( rapidshare/megaporn/depositfiles etc etc. )

In addiction to beeing HUGE this community got some really neat resources and tutorials about among other things how to run direct translations on japanese games to english while you play them... interface and menu direct translations for strategy games etc based on the Atlas translation tool and various trigger programs.

You get where I am going. This site is THE shit, it's allmost so big that it can be confusing and overwealming at first when you visit it. Google hongire, or for the lasy ones

I know this site is not new in any way, but I though I wanted to share it with those of you that wasn't aware of this site in this community. It gives you more than enough things to occupy yourself with while you wait for Shark's new game.



I need to come with a warning though. This is a japanese site. The japanese are as you know very liberal. If you want to you can find some really disturbing shit here. However reading the topics in the thread you should just fine be able to avoid things you don't want to see or encounter. It's up to you as a user to show some restraint or endulge.

Been going to Hongfire each day for over a year and never have gotten a virus from the site yet.

My anti-virus never has sent me a warning on the site either.

The site is not infected I think.

I download a lot since years from there.

These message appears since 0,5-1 year. I think it have to do against pirate downloading (you can find these messages at some download forums, for example aso by www.empornium.us)

When you say you trust the site you can go to the site normally and I get no warning at my download or whatever from my anti virus program. So I would say it is a fake warning.

Hongfire is the site for downloading japanese hentai since years I think all hentai (downloading) fans know this site !!!

you may be correct, or not. I dont know. As I do not understand much about computers, I learned to trust my security systems. I prefer a warning too much rather than one less. So I keep my hands from any site causing an alert. And bei the way it was not an heuristic alert, the programm seems to have identified the threat.

Nothing up with Hongfire, a while ago there was a problem with some of the banners on there, but it got sorted, i'm an established member there, and the site is fine now, just Mcafee and Google phishing never changed the status, apparently once your sites flagged it takes them 10 years to remove the flag! Also the site is not infact Japanese, the mods are all from the US and Europe and places like that.

Place is good for loads of stuff, especially Hentai, also alot of the torrents are still active and with good speeds, my fave site by far lol

What makes Hongfire so much better than other sites of it's kind is the specialisation. Most other sites show you where to get things and leave it with that. Take BBporn for example. I like that site alot, but the community there is well.... I would have run things differently. Fist of all The site goes in all directions, trying to cover as much ground as possible. That's fine really because diversity is good. The good things is that they are realively good at supplying underground stuff that you don't get most other places. The bad things are that there are no system in place to prevent multiple releases of the same product, and there are to many russian releases where they steal games and give it a new packagde and present old games as new. Take ArianneB for example. And with the underground scene comes all the nasty stuff as well. BBporn is way to hung up on incest.

Hongire is focused on Anime/manga related releases and products. The worst thing about hongfire is all the lolicon releases. I am seriously depraved myself but I got major issues with incest lolicon and beastiality. The good thing, the best thing, what rise this site above all others of it's kind is the amazing support. Like the lagoon you got people the with wast amount of knowlegde and they use it to create and gather mods translations and help you in most possible ways. That is allways where I go when I am stuck and I don't find what I need anywhere else. As a resource site I stick to my original claim and say that there is no site like it.

Hongfire is a good site for anime resource and games. It has a lot of sections and it has been around a long time. I am a member there as well and it virus free. They are revamping the site so it may flag for some but I certain its safe.

Hongfire is a good place for resources. That is provided you can navigate it well enough. It's like walking through a maze with a blindfold on.

It has alot of the things Hongfire has but it is very neat and tidy. The Adminstrator (DeathMarine) takes a lot of care of it. Basically if you don't follow the rules he'll shit on you.

Also DeathMarine actually get's some of his stuff from Hongfire. Best of both worlds.

The only thing that is annoying is the ads. I imagine it might confuse a newcomer when an ad blocks the entire page. But all you need to do is shift the ad a little and close it.

I just checked hshare.net and it looks like they don't have anything on the new Illusion game, Real Girlfriend. On hongire, they are already modding it and have an English launcher available.

I was curious about Real Girlfriend, but don't think I'll bother downloading it for a while. I believe it requires a system with a dual core processor, which I do not have.

Real Girlfriend looks good, but there's very little game to it. Now an AG4 with RGs graphics...

This RG game might be a kind of beta for a more sophisticated game to follow. Some on Hongfire seem to think that might be what's happening.

If that's the case, the new game will probably be out in a few months. That might be the game worth bothering with.

the problem with hongfire is that they cannot defend modders of 3dsexvilla since their forum is covered by law.

so all files hardwork regarding 3dsexvilla were DELETED including the Cloner w/c duplicates ur preferred model.

miss all my 3dsexvilla co-modders there.

but i think some of them including fans of 3dsv are here right now.
