i am also facing the same problem. I wrote chaotic an email about the issue, but I have not heard back yet. I will post when I do. He had told me upfront in emails before I signed up that this was to last forever, not just one month, so I think this is a simple mistake.

it is a glitch has to be seeing i had offsite for well over a month close to 2 and am just now not able to get in
