Okay, is there some secret to being able to get it on with women rated 8+? Do you have to have a bunch of the missions done?
I've maxed my health and stamina, done the PEO (more than once), have between $500 and $1000, and a reputation of 250 (maxed).
I'm still turned down every time.
Am I missing something? ........

In order to get women with rating > 8 you must have had some high rated lovers, had sex with celebrities, have max health and also a good historical of different kind of sex acts with different kind of women will help

You get a lover by satisfying a girl and she asks to be your lover. I think it helps if you do her every way, 3 vaginal and 3 anal. Keep trying that with different girls and one will ask to be your lover.
