If it's your first playthrough, most of the stats won't go higher than 80. Obedience for sure. I could not get the Ponygirl stuff either but when I finished the game and started another one as a completely different person, I had the Ponygirl options (tail buttplug, etc.). I used the farm as my residence and took a male personality that allowed the Ponygirl stuff, I think. Hope this helps.

Sharkfan, I ended up with the answer by taking a chance. You can run into a mistress in the streets who provides both the tail and a supply for the potions.
There is also a traveling salesman who sells a braclet that increases obedience +1 per day.

@ Stan801--Now I remember that woman. Do you remember where you ran into her at? I was going out to the farms thinking that was where the ponygirl stuff was but I got every possible outcome and started taking walks to other places randomly. I think I met her in the slums. Buying the leash ups the obedience also.

I met her in town after I gave up on trying to find Astrid, but I think she's just a random encounter. I kept going back to the woods and eventually Astrid gets het own X on the map so you can go directly to her. But she only gives you the potion to drink there. The other woman offers a lesson with the whip, if you accept, she give you the supply plus the pony girl tail. Once you have all the pony girl equipment it gives you another box shopping option to buy the cart and other gear you'll need to enter the races.

I played for hour upon hour...Obviously first you must chose yourself as a pony trainer. I think just like Stan801 mentions...I think (but can't confirm 100%) that you need to start with Astrid at the woods...afterwards it's kinda random but if you think about it, it's logical.....in real life where would you find a pony girl (and her tail)? Not likely at a lake or forest or beach...you need nice smooth city roads....hope it helps and any corrections to my feedback is appreciated.

I ran into the woman with the pony tail butt plug while taking a walk in the town center but all she had was the pony tail. I went to the armory and bought a whip but I still haven't gotten the ponygirl training. I did notice that under options, you have to have Ponygirl turned on (tick box). I also found that to visit Lady Farun, you have to go to court to see her and then visit the Dock and the Secure Slave Pens. You will save her from a rape and then you can visit her anytime you want. Eventually she will ask you for some potion that I think you get from Astrid but I've never seen her. I also can never visit the Lord or the Count. It always says that my slave is not lady enough.

i´ve played it and one thing I found is...you cant lend your slave when her Temperament is to high.But a bit spanking helps to lower it,but be carefull not to spank to much or she will love it.

for ponyrace you have to choose the farm as residence and walks often to the city or the docks to meet the ponylady,she will give you some items you need and the flying salesman sell the others.
Before you get the ponyrace contest take care your girl has her fitness as high as possible.

Cruiser, you can make a ponygirl from any residence. You do need to find the gear, bit from the port, you can buy the harness form the salesman, and you get the tail from the tutor at the lake or palace. Then you need to get used to bondage.

Every Slavemaker can also be a Ponygirl-Trainer.
If your Slavemaker isn't the Ponygirl-Trainer at the beginning, you need to meet Mistress Epona (I think at the docks). After that you have to visit her a few times untill she says that you are ready to train ponygirls on your own.
You also get the bit-gag from her, you need the harness and the ponytail. You get the ponytail from the tutor and the harness from the flying salesman.
If you have everything the slave must call you "master" and you have to do a few bondage-sessions.
After that you can start the ponygirl training
