For Kelly date: shower ending was fixed, however clearing cookies scrïpt is still not in the proper place, so it still doesn't work.

Yes, since you don't set the path when writing cookie clearing should be in directory you set the cookie - VDG/KEL/

I downloaded Chaotic's "corrected" Kelly date and it is not corrected. The restaurant scene always says you've been there before. I even tried to delete cookies and still get this reply. The other locations seem to be working fine. I'm using IE and the downloaded game.

I gave up using IE with his games a long time ago. It is just easier to use FireFox.
