It depends on the amount of character they have, first off, if they won't work or not. You need to beat out that character...

You send them to school for S and M / Bondage until their character attribute is zero. There are also other ways to lower the character attribute (buying a hypnotic ring for a girl) and even with the character at 0, it doesn't mean the girls will ALWAYS work, but will rarely not wish to work.

What I usually do is make sure the first girls I have work while a third goes to school for bondage (to rid of character) or another class to refine their skills. The higher the girls rank, the more school costs, so you ought to get this stuff done before you rank them up to any level over "Almost Beggar"

Hi All,
I still can't save the game, but i'll live with that. MAIN question is what do i need to do to rank up my girls? 2 times i have gotten the mission for 5 girls at rank 5 and then i can't seem to rank up any of them, i have the 2nd house. Any advice

In order to rank up, you need to buy other buildings. It's sort of a pain-in-the-butt to have to deal with, especially if you are saving up for something...

Start with 100 gold each day it`s going down !
And girl does no work ?

Hey pwlkane,

I haven't played it in awhile but I remember taking girls that wouldn't work and sending them to the city for a procession or ceremony (it ups their self esteem and they are less depressed). Some girls need to be sent to school (bdsm, manners). Make sure to give them a rest if they start to get tired. Also, putting in a bar or garden will help attract customers.

Some girls seem to work better in the best house you have as opposed to the shack on the dirt road so move them around when you rest one. Also, keep checking their points because you can activate things like nympho, big tits, house keeping. That attracts customers as well. Hope this helps.

Have anyone figured out what the drugs (equipment for the girls for 500 golds) do? Or is it just a waste of gold to get them that?

And a tip for the missions:
Save the day before, just before you press new day, go through the cycle of girls, then when you get your new mission decide if that is something you want/can do, otherwise just load game, till you get a mission you want.
Can be done with weekly jokers as well... My girls never rest.....
