Was an attempt by the creators to bring manga and anime character to life. But I agree.
It was a mistake. Was no need for it. They annoyed me.

Unless I'm mistaken Rasti Googled this from the interwebs rather than creating it himself. It appears to have the title "Hermione Granger is quite the naughty flirt" and the only reference I've seen to a possible creator is "BronzeDragonrider" who may or may not be "bronze-dragonrider" from DeviantArt. I wouldn't mind seeing more from this source myself.
