Hey,
I've tried this game with RAGS 3.0.59 and 3.0.60 on Windows 10: in both cases I can't seem to speak to Noelle about 'platonic' stuff or she packs her bags and game over..
Can't seem to go up- or downstairs either, stuck on the floor with bathroom and bedrooms.
It's like this game is one big bug -> looks awesome though, just wish it would work like it should.
Is 0.98.2 the last version of the game?

Dont use 3.0.60 it is bugged (the stairs) use 3.0.59 and the stairs will work, Load Rags, make sure its 3.0.59, then use Rags to load the game, if you load the game directly it will likely use the wrong rags player.
With Noelle do not speak to her when Pierre is in the room. Do not play with them either until your relationship with her is at 30 points. Bassically just let her be until her boyfriend dumps her on saturday, focus on book writing for that first week.

Can anyone help me with the following?

- How can I get Noelle's number? I'm at 130 with her, but she hasn't given it to me yet. I've already upgraded to a smartphone.
- How can I trigger the laptop scene? I think I looked at it once and then asked her about it. She told me she used it to communicate with her family. Is that it? I can look through her email, but that doesn't really do much atm?

Both problems are related. Looking through her e-mail was supposed to give you the screen name she used to do porn (Miss Felatio). Once you've browser searched her name and looked through at least some of what's available, she should advance and that should include her giving you her phone number when she sees you using the phone.

I asked Noelle about it, then asked if I could learn or something like that. Next thing that happens is that I get 2 "--------" lines and then nothing. I cannot ask her about it again and I can only examine the laptop. Nothing more. Is it broken? Because I cannot enter the password anywhere.

Try to use her laptop when she's out of the room. It needs to be when she's busy with something else, out of the house or on the first floor. Possibly when she's taking her shower in the morning, but I don't remember it working when she's on the upper floor.

In recent versions I do not seem to find it either, it may pop-up early game but I pretty much play without hacking the laptop, its an optional un-nescessary activity. MIss Felatio is her name on the net (search on the computer after you buy one)

In newgame+ I wasn't able to purchase a smartphone, and now I am stuck because I have no phone to receive texts.

Also, I have never been able to go to the school and have never received any messages on my FB or AFF accounts.
Does anyone know of a sure-fire method of starting a relatively bug free game? I know the game is not finished so bugs are expected, I just want to see all the available content.

The school is new, so is Facebook which might account for some bugs. In fact I havent gone so far to play those parts because when I got up to them the Facebook part was so far behind and lagging behind that I spent about 8 hours (real time) trying to get it up enough before I gave up. This could probably be resolved using a trick of having "." as your decimal then immediately after Noelle flashes you in the kitchen saving and changing "." to "," This is something to do with an error in the mathematical routines of how Rags handles decimals or something to do with the creators native language settings (I know Rags has problems with ' for example when naming rooms.) Having a full stop/period seems to be kinda a cheat, while leaving it as a comma acts like a nerf. ie full stop will net you 1000 where a comma will get you 100. This is only effective at the moment of action, so using the above method you can fast track the starting resources like money and followers, they wont revert when you change back.

Doing this I was bringing in 100k cash per week from writing up the books that appear in your library when done, but I had not known about facebook in game until later, So followers are going up a paltry 10 per day even writing 10k page books. (the fast writing being a bug too that wasnt there before)

AFF is only used for Cherry currently as far as I know, Im sure once his done with the main storyline then other things could be added in to make these appear more robust while not having any real effect on the gameplay (like Noelles internet pics).

As for the phone, someone did mention it earlier not sure if there was a solution to getting it, think it was something like exporting a game where you did not buy the phone. Again I havent done this either, Ive been distracted by my own projects. Not to mention other peoples work that seem to have been quite a number of new games come up this past 6 months.

I am playing newgame+, I am trying to get Joelle to go to the mall with me and interact on the drive home. If I go into the kitchen at 9am I see her using a vibrator on the counter and the game tells me to try new things. (i.e. take her to the mall) Whenever I enter the downstairs hallway she asks for money. If I give her money the text about trying new things goes away. I have been able to get her to sometimes go to the mall, but we return home and nothing happens. And she keeps texting me to go see her strip in the garden...Am I just stuck in a loop until I get a lucky random event to trigger?

Sarah and Joelle have over 700 points on them so I don't think my issue is low stats.

I believe the mall event and the other problem are separate, but can only tell out of a normal game experience. For the loop, it's been discussed a couple of times here, you must not pay her until you seen the garden scene, else the loop will continue happening and you will get stuck. Exact information can probably be found anywhere in this topic. For the mall scene that i remember, the weekend only, nothing will happen if Sarah can get home or if Noëlle should be working.

Just started playing and like the model, and most games like this. Fun idea and I like the detailed interaction that I missed in other LoP games.

Simple question, what do you do about cleaning the house? I see the descriptions showing the house is getting worse, but I don't have an option to clean up.

To clean house:[spoiler use the vacuum, work in garden, clean the pool, wash laundry (doesn't use time). Clean toilet. If its a house chore it helps. Wash the laundry once a day, keeps the angry wife away. And regarding the LoP comment, Living with temptation. Its almost the same thing.[/spoiler]
