In general, I write the "good" path as the one I like and the "bad" path as an option for the people who want to play more typical games where they roleplay a highly sexual person. I also use the "bad" paths as a way to bring in things people always ask for, but that generally don't fit in the "good" stories (like MMFs and the like). In my opinion, the "bad" path is never cannon, so "never happened." I mean, it's a game, so none of it happened, but the bad paths are even less so. (That said, what you learn about Chloe in RfJ's "Lewd" path is cannon. Just the actual events aren't.)
I certainly didn't want to make people feel uncomfortable playing the "bad" path, and I can absolutely relate to what you're saying. I highly enjoyed Iksanabot's Living With Temptation, but I just never played the "cheat on your wife" path. I kind of assumed people who didn't enjoy the "bad" paths in my games wouldn't play them either. But you've made me realize that, by making a "good" bonus scene that requires you get achievements from the "bad" paths, I've kind of forced you to play the bad.
I respect anyone who says, "I don't want to play as this lewd character." If that's you, and you want to see the bonus scene without doing the negative achievements, send me a private message and I'll tell you how to skip straight to the bonus.

I am glad that the "good" paths tend to be the canon ones. And to your point about Chloe, I did appreciate getting to learn more about her through the "bad" path of this game. So, at least there was value beyond just completing the achievement list to get the bonus scene.
As for the "make people feel uncomfortable," since everyone has different tastes, that's almost impossible to plan for. Since I'm abhorrent to certain ideas in real life (cheating, e.g.), I just tend to avoid those in fiction, too. Funny you should bring up "Living with Temptation," as I must admit I didn't mind it quite as much there. For some reason, I felt the character was more prone to that. In RfJ, what made it particularly weird and led to some discomfort was after having gone through the "good" path and felt like I'd learned a lot about Marc, it just seemed so weird to have him play an a-hole character. Even the initial scenes with Sylvia felt weird because, as she notes, it's like Marc is a different person all of the sudden.
I might be interested in how to skip straight to the bonus scene, but... haha... I already finished.

That said, I have a question that I think can be public (and one I admit I simply have been too lazy to check): is there a way to port saves from one machine to another? I use my desktop mostly but I also use my laptop frequently. I have the same things on both, often. But it's a pain when I realize, "Oh, I made all that progress in Game XYZ on my other computer, so... I'd have to re-do it to get to the same point on here." If there was a way to save my... uh... saves... to Dropbox or something I could always maintain the same level of completion between my devices. With some other game-creators I've discovered how the in-game saves work so I've been able to share between my computers.

Rape?

Probably referring to trying to... you know... to Sylvia during the scene in her apartment. I'd classify that as at least an overt act in furtherance of the attempt (to duck-tape language from two different unrelated crimes together).
