Camping Trip was the first game in the series.
Forfeit Fantasy was intended to be the sequel to Camping Trip, but Goblinboy decided that it wasn't working out as he intended. He released it anyway, somewhat unfinished and with the ending mentioned above. That's where School Dreams came to be the name of the series as a whole.
School Dreams Forever (SD3) is the third game in the series, taking place a couple of weeks after Camping Trip and has the same basic plot as SD2: Forfeit Fantasy.

From memory, if you're having sex with only Molly (and incest is allowed by the limits) then Mike will ask if he can join in several times. If you're having a threesome with Becky and Molly, then Mike (and Gary if he's there) will only get blowjobs from Molly (Mike's blowjob is unaffected by the incest limits)

Just a follow up to ExLibris's answer, you have to set all the limits to yes. Just type limits during the game and answer yes to all the questions posed. You don't even have to replay the game. Loading a save game then changing the limits will do. Just bear in mind the incest scenes only occurs when you are having sex ONLY with Molly or when she is unconcious after the romp with Gary.

Yea, I understand about the limits, but so far all I've seen when having sex with ONLY Molly is when Mike offers to join, Molly says, "Well, maybe my mouth" and there's a scene where she gives Mike a blowjob while you have sex with her. Does it depend on any of the truth or dare questions? I made sure to ask Molly if she's ever fantasized about a family member...

Well, from what I've been able to see and other information gleaned off other sources, there are only 2 possible scenes where she has vaginal sex with mike. For the concious scenario, you are having sex only with Molly and Gary MUST be present. For the unconcious scenario, you just have to wait for her to pass out and after awhile, Mike will make his move, regardless of whether you are with Melissa or Alison. If only you and Mike are present, only a blowjob is triggered. I'm not too sure about the threesome with Becky though. Likewise, the truth or dare questions don't seem to affect those scenes, but you can pose those questions to be safe.

Theoretically, sure! The source code for the HTML TADS interpreter is available somewhere. If you have some C++ skills you could probably create a picture decompiler from that. I've had a short look at it and it looks possible, but I couldn't be bothered to go any further because I've probably seen most images anyway.
Imho, just play the game, it's more fun

This game is officially my favorite game of all time, of any category. Every time I play it, I find something new! I had no idea that you could have oral sex with Alison behind the gym. Are there any other opportunities for action with Alison or girls other than Becky and Molly (other than the "standard" sex scenes. I've already gotten the super daydream)? Does Melissa only do sex with you in her room? How far can you go with Molly in the backseat of the car?

I've noticed something that seems a bit buggy to me during TorD. In one of my savegames, everybody, including Gary, is present. In that game, there are many dare options that are not available and no matter how hard I try, I cannot get all the girls naked. Once it starts asking the filming and have sex with someone in the room questions, all dares to remove clothes stop. In another savegame where Gary is not present, all the options are there. Is this a bug or a feature?
