this is getting irritating,the first version worked fine for me,now the update wont work!!!
however i shall find a way to fix this,might try reinstalling rags player

Hmmm. I had a problem recently where I had an earlier version of the suite installed and I didn't uninstall it before I loaded the newest one. I ended up uninstalling both and then installed just the most recent. That may or may not be what is going on with you. If you are still having trouble consider sending me the details in a Private Message here or an email and I'll try to find a solution on the RAGS site or from the help forum there.

sorry m8 i was really frustrated about that lip balm thing so i wasn't thinking about PM.
Well since i am stuck with that on day 4 which is last day i will simply wait for new version. I hope you will make it soon but don't be hasty. nobody would like potential masterpiece to be ruined

i have no clue,i have uninstalled rags,installed latest version(2.0.0),but it still doesn't work...i downloaded kidnapped,which works fine.the only difference i can see is that your game is an RAR file,while kidnapped is a rags game file.Anybody have any ideas?

today i had a problem because i updated my RAGS player from 1.9 to 2.0
in 2.0 i couldn't use options from the room menu so i removed 2.0 and install 1.9 again and everything works perfect.
i think that there is a problem with 2.0 so I will keep using 1.9

try removing all RAGS players via control panel->add or remove programs
next step is to try installing 2.0 or 1.9
try first with 2.0 if that doesn't work remove 2.0 again and install 1.9 then try again. it worked for me

the new version of RAGS updates the game and it could make game unstable

well in my case it doesn't with. 1.9 i can play all the games i have
but with 2.0 i can play them all but i can't use room menu
under term "all" i mean from RAR and originally downloaded RAQ
i will try to play jigsaw as soon as it downloads
jeah it runs smooth as feather glides through air
have you tried uninstalling rags 2.0 and install 1.9?
when you open a game with 2.0 it changes codes and do stuff to game what changes the game and make's break points.

Hi,
Just to be clear, did you extract the file before playing? If you are launching it from inside WinRAR, I suggest extracting it first. Just in case you are not familiar, .rar files are just like .zip files in that they are archives that are compressed to save space and to group files together. (http://www.rarlab.com/)

therin lies the problem,extracting the file is not an option,as with most downloaded files it was the first thing i tried to do with it :P
unless i need to download a program which allows me to extract it...which i shall now google

finally got it working,downloaded winrar and was able to extract
on day 2,can't make the gorram(sorry,serenity is on :P ) hand cream...will keep trying though

now stuck on lip balm(have coconut oil,not sure if it is at all useful yet)

this is a puzzle so please delete that and try getting a hint via PM from someone who actually finished the game i mean this version of game you are showing parts of puzzle and frustration to somehow solve the puzzle is the soul of the game.So you can feel really good when you manage to solve it
