I was looking for my wife a specific Youtube video of Michael W. Smith's Christmastime. I had sung the song at my church one Christmas Eve. The performance track had a 1:40 instrumental lead-in which would have been awkward for me to just stand there. So I found a video on Youtube, downloaded it, edited it by overlaying the audio with the performance track and then saved as a mp4. This allowed the video to be projected on screen in a darken church while I stood on the dark stage. When the 1:40 mark hit the stage lights came on and I did my part. It was pretty cool and it allow the audience to choose between watching the video or looking at my mug. My wife said it went well, but of course, she's a little partial.
Anyway, while looking for the video, I found a couple where Michael W. Smith had a connection with former US President George HW Bush. First video, in 1989, he performed Christmas song "Gloria" at the Kennedy Center when Bush was president and today he perform his epic song "Friends" at Mr. Bush's funeral.
