Hi, Edgarote, it's unbelievable that tons of people always ask the same question! When coming to the forum as new member (and as well before) you should have read all the threads dealing with this matter. If you would have done so, you would have learned that:
1) the rules of behaviour do not allow to open new topics for matters, which are already described in the forum.
2) that there exists a walkthrough video which can give you all the answers you may need.
3) that you only have to try to let pull down the top of Nanny's Suit by both girls together, that means, you must click on the respective spots with a timing as close as possible.

If you want help for a shark's game, you should read thoroughly the various threads here in the forum. You'll find them in the sections "Shark's games" and here in "Dr shark consultations". Additionally, you can get an optical hint during playing the game, if you type the word: cloe in your keyboard. But when you stuck completely and have no escape, you'll find a walkthrough video for downloading on the Sharks lagoon website (link on top of this page).
