I've always had that problem. I have never been able to get the meter to move. I gave up on playing it, which sucks cause I really want to.

If you buy a new computer, all your troubles are gone. I also struggled playing Shark's games and now finally with my E4500 I can run them OK. By the way I also had a PII 333mhz. Its time to invest in a new computer
