I had sometimes the same problem.
Try to massage her left shoulder, on the right of the screen (i noted that work better).
Even it doesn't work, restart the game.

Finally figured it out.. HELPFUL HINT for others who have older computers and trouble getting the games to work or having trouble with jerky motion or freezing.

#1 Turn off or close all other windows and animation

#2 Right click on the screen to pull up a menu and set the quality control to low or medium. This was the technical solution to my problem.

These two things helped me get through Late Night at the office and also got rid of the freezing problem I had at the end of Horny Afternoon.
