Hello all,
First post. Just wanted to say "thank you" to Shark and his team for some excellant games. Just finished part 1 (with a little help from reading previous posts) and really liked how you made the alternate endings. SO much more rewardng than most of the other games out there. Keep up the good work.

@Newdood: Oxford Dictionaries define 'stroppy' as:
"bad-tempered; argumentative (ORIGIN: perhaps from OBSTREPEROUS)."

I would have said "obstructive; reluctant; sulky" if I hadn't just read the Oxford definition!

I LOVE your games, except this one has WAY too long scenes... ok to fail one or two, but then you shouldn't have do redo the two predecessing ones to get it right. I got bored after two scenes this time.

- oh, and your search engine for this forum doesn't seem to work at all... how come?

I also would like to ask you not to be so tied up about keeping all the secrets to your games. People who ask for help in the forum are typically so stuck that you won't keep them trying unless you "throw them a bone" - I know, 'cause I'm participating in the making of a few games myself. Using spoilers, this should be no problem to those who doesn't wanna know it all - or you could divide the forum into separate posts - one like this, and one separate with the walkthrough.

I have to disagree with maintaining the "secrets".

Note the interest that has been shown for this particular game. As our good friend DiTo has expressed slightly differently, "if you can't play it why bother!"

It seems to me that in too many of the earlier games spoilers were probably too readily made available. In the main I think we have to congratulate the bulk of players of this game who have provided assistance to those having issues with indirect references. DiTo possibly may not completely agree, but it seems certainly better to build upon a "wave" rather than "torpedo the ship"!

Re search engine. This is beyond Shark's control, a package that Shark deemed useful. The search is quite limited.

Regarding the search engine: One way around the limitations of the built-in search feature is to use an external.

Try this in google:
"MySearchPattern site:sharks-lagoon.aceboard.fr" (without the quotes of course)
to search for "MySearchPattern". This will use the google search engine but limit the results to shark's lagoon.
As long as you don't need a complicated query like certain key words from a certain author this should work well.
And keep in mind there is a certain delay depending on how frequently we get visited by the google bot :-)

Woo! Just finished both games. It took me two days, but it was definitely worth it! Thanks to everyone who gave so many hints throughout the forum. And congrats to shark for making such wonderful games!

Pas sûr qu'il y ait une suite, en tout cas pas pour le prochain jeu. Shark a lancé une consultation que tu peux trouver ici, et c'est pas DAS3 qui est en tête, mais plustôt HA4
