To be very honest ... I didn't even care to try and translate instead I tried to be funny... I took 3 semesters of German in school so I had a good understanding that it was at least a language that was related to German.

Now that this topic has surfaced I think I might change my approach on non-English posts. In the past I just passed over it, not giving such a post a second thought. Now I think I'll use that wonderful free translator site and see what you guys are talking about. Please forgive me if I misunderstand you and/or if my response is unreadable. lol... I will try though.

Once that is out of the way, as I am Norwegian and chose german as third language at school instead of french, ( yes I know I was young and stupid and didn't know any better...) and ended up with a senile half blind semi dement german teacher I ended up not learning any third language. However given people do speak best in their own language I don't see any problems with postings in languages I don't understand. Off course I prefer english, as I do get what is written right away, but if I follow a debate in a forum and a post suddenly appear in french I am a sworn follower of the use of yahoo's babelfish translator and I get it there.

Once that is said, I am planning on learning to speak and write french on my own, and I encourage all of you others that don't know that language to do the same. Knowlegde is power. And French is as we all know the language of love.
