Hi, everyone.

That's right ! Starting December 17th, Tumblr is going to ban porn... which seriously sucks for me since I used that web site to host my blog and share my games/short stories.

So... Do you guys know of a free web site host that allows such content ?

I'm familiar with Yahoo! web hosting, as (in an other life) I used to have a web site with them (and I even had my own ".com" domain for $15.00 CND/month) but they also have a strict non-porn policy.

Wix.com seems to allows that kind of material, but it also looks like I don't have choice but to use their web site editor and templates... I'm looking for something simple (and preferably free) where I can make my pages with Microsoft Web Expression and upload them there... Like I used to do with Yahoo!, simple and easy.

Otherwise, any other good alternative to Tumblr would be fine with me.

Okay... So after spending a few hours tangling with WIX's site builder, I think I managed to make something not too bad and I am proud to announce to you all that I now have a real web site for my work. You can find it here :

On this site, you’ll find everything I had on my Tumblr page, and much more…

There is now a FAQ where I will post questions that were asked to me by fans (as well as their answers, of course), a contact section where (if everything works well) you should be able to e-mail me with your questions/comments/suggestions and (my biggest addition) a “Girls” section, where you’ll find a directory with most of the girls of the Naughty Island Universe.

Note that my new site is powered by WIX, so expect to see an ad banner when surfing my site, as I’m using the free version. But from what I can see from my side, it is really just an ad for WIX itself… so you shouldn’t have any annoying pop-ups.

Also, I did take the time to read the therms of service of WIX and even though it was not stated that porn/adult material was allowed, it was not stated that it was prohibited neighter. So if I have any kind of luck, my web site should not be taken down.

YAY !

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go to bed. That site may look basic, but I spent nearly 24 hours straight to (1) understand WIX site builder and (2) build the damn thing. So now I'm about to go crazy due to the lack of sleep.

I could always see a porn ban coming on Tumblr, as literally every type of porn was on Tumblr and Im sure Tumblr was under major pressure to change.
