I've copied the text over here on the advice of qbv8, this being the first programming of Haiku one site, and I have kept it Shark oriented:

"Clo e and Wend y, (5)
A head ache for our Nan ny. (7)
Sol ving it is Frank." (5)

C + W = N?

N? = Frank
