Can someone help me with this please? I don't seem to be able to link to or upload my own Avatar. I can select one from the selection provided within this site but if I try to link to an image on my own webspace, nothing happens.

Obviously some of you have managed to link to your own images & gifs so it must be possible, what am I doing wrong?

Hi, mudplugger, I'll try to help you, but I'm not sure, if it works: First, your avatar-picture file shouldn't be too big (geometric size as well as size in bytes). Then, maybe, you've put in the avatar-field of your profile the link as a picture link (= the link between the rectangular brackets with "img" and "/img" inbetween). You must put in the avatar-field your naked link without any brackets and symbols within.
