I had a piece of French offered me just of now. I ran it through two on-line translators.
Here is firstly the French text followed by what is probably the better translation:
Elle qui rira le dernier rires les plus difficiles, et l'ours, ce sera nous qui rit le plus dur aime son ours
She that will laugh the last one laugh the most difficult, and the bear, this will be we that laughs the hardest one likes his bear
My interpretation of this would be, "He who laughs last laughs loudest!"
If that is so, what is the significance of the bears? (other than a warm coat for D!)
