I've got endings 1,2,3 and 5.
I'm missing the Rockefeller achievement, it probably involves a lots on money Gotta push my El to work her ass harder in the strip club, that's where the most money were made, if I'm not wrong.
Btw, I have that problem with the achievements not being saved. It saved a few, but most of the times it doesn't. I tried with Opera and Firefox, but didn't saw any improvement. Was there some solution to the problem?

Yes, the date scene is after the second promotion, I think. He'll give you a dress, you have to buy pumps and initiate the date from the bedroom.
