guys, i got the same 5star girls problem, so i emailed the developers asking for some tips in how to get the better girls, apart from the obvious (high reputation, appearance, sex experience)
you also need good experience in having sex and give orgasms to doubles, a big penis.. the talisman and a moto or car will help impress them too, it seems to work i just got some 5 star girls
but not always, guess i've to work harder first on 4 star girls to be able to be more successful with the 5 stars

seems also they'll be releasing a new version of the game in the upcoming week with some bug fixes and tweaks in the gameplay

I had no idea what a difference having strength at 100 made! I was getting kinda frustrated with the game to be honest.

If you don't give champagne to 4 star girls, then the 5 star girls won't go with you.

I used this trick
buy 4 lottery tickets on Monday on sunday save game before monday sleep for 12 hours to refresh watch if win lottery if not quit game go to continue game reload where left off and keep doing so until win large amount i was lucky and won 1800 dollars on some attempts then build yourself up I used it on Mission 4 and it worked well

@cobiexx, When you start going for higher level girls, you will fail to give them orgasms for a while - maybe 6 or more times. You will still get some money from them, but not as much as when you make them cum. Make sure you have enough funds saved up to pay your rent and other expenses until you are successful with them. You can always go back to the lower level girls you have succeeded with to get more money, but the higher level girls might not want you for a while if you do that.
