i had similar case, ended to be a conflict with anti malware program i use that was blocking the activation, i just turned it off and it all worked fine.
got an answer from them with tips, to have booty call proposals you must give orgasms and do oral,anal,standard..

I haven't played since 1.01 but now that it's 1.03, they changed the lottery date so you can keep loading a save right before to make money. Anyone know of any cheats or anyway to make easy money? besides the two names cheats which only give a small stat boost, think its like 10...

i don't know more cheats, but some things may help, for example if i've full strength, energy and little cash around end of month i found it easier to be successful in beating the whores and steal money from them without the pimps coming after me.
Also some bars have cheaper drinks, this can save you some money...

I'm a little confuse of the lottery ticket trick here.This is what i do,i bought the ticket on Monday and wait until it's Sunday(saving and drawing day) but on Sunday all my tickets is gone and on the next Monday,there's no message stating my ticket wins or lose. Btw anyone can guide me how the system clock works in this game? How can i know how many hours i have left before it's the next day so that i can plan my energy usage wisely.Thank you.

the lottery ticket trick doesn't work anymore with new version 1.03, because now the lottery draws happen on Saturdays instead of Mondays (we could save game on Sundays and wait for Monday and see if lottery ticket wins or no, restore game, try again, keep repeating until it wins...), with lottery draws on Saturday this doesn't work unless you want keep going back to Wednesdays and play again.

Btw anyone can guide me how the system clock works in this game? How can i know how many hours i have left before it's the next day so that i can plan my energy usage wisely.Thank you.

there's no way to know exactly how the system clock works in the game, but from experience you can have an idea of what you can do in a single day, for example, i know it's very difficult to have sex with more than 2 women on same day, the pickup plus the sex session make clock advance almost half a day or so.
i noticed also that having a car or moto helps doing more things in day especially when moving around locations
