First thing is to get her influence high enough, iirc it's as follows:
Help her onto boat
say you knew that when you married him
make small talk
ask how they met
don't take sylvia's top off
take carmen on jungle trip
help her across the rocks
let snake bite her
suck poison out (Just add water achievement)

This next part stumped me for awhile, ty iksanabot!
give her 2 drinks
toast to alcohol poisoning
check on carmen
Next choice i'm not sure if it matters since I only did it once, but top choice worked
