Actually, it's more likely that the process will get faster over time as the primary bottleneck is rendering images. If I could get an artist to sign up that could match the image style of BEW, it would cut the total time down to 6 years with current technology. Two artists, maybe 4 years. 4 artists, maybe 3 years. 12 Artists...well maybe back to 12 years at that point. Had a great candidate once to help out with the rendering, but they faded away on the animation test, unfortunately. That's a pity because they aced the other tests.benedict wrote:Just a quick calc I made. 3 seasons * 15 episodes * 4 months average per episode = 180 months or a mere 15 years to see the end of the gameGuess I'll have to start eating healthy if I want to see the bonus scene for mastering the whole game :P

Personally, since You said that game would be complete without inclusion of Azumi, Jasmine, etc. [all those DLC's kexter mentioned] I wouldn't mind if their inclusion into the game is left for the end, once we get 3 full seasons, so they could became true "expansion packs" for complete game. Especially if doing that would mean we get the "full" story in 10 years instead of 12.
Also, we can only hope that software used to render images get improved over the years which might also reduce time needed. I admit that I never did any image rendering so I have no clue as to how much better [and faster] is software used today as opposed to one used 3-4 years ago, but I would expect that it did improve and made some things easier and faster.
