It is more a thing of ot naming the game in the title of the topic. Cruiser also wrote his comment in a "meet-and-fuck-game" topic.

Very addictive game, even you have to restart at the beginning each time you die. Currently i reach level 17 twice... Hope i'll go higher soon

I beat the game. There are 30 level (you haven't to do anything at the last).
But i think i miss some women... I'll restart

Congratulations, Luke! I assume it took you a lot of time. But I'm sure, that to let out some women is the key to come through some critical levels . My dead end is in the moment Level 11 . But if I have time (Ariane UP 14 is waiting ) I surely will come to new levels soon.
