Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? I have the exchange student enter the mall at 16.35 at day 17 and i make her go to the end of the passageway make her go to the right and let her take two steps. But there is no way i can find the secret door to the doctor's office

That's why it's secret.
Turn right, two steps, turn left and keep going (as if into the wall) and you'll find yourself in the doctors office.
