Did you ever try the newest Leisure Suit Larry? There isn't nearly as much sex as many other games but there are patches available to add more nudity. It's 3D like bonetown and you do build relationships with girls in the game. It just depends on what you're looking for I suppose.

had a go at that also and thought thats what the sims series should have been. Wasnt enought sexual explicit content in it for me though only really saw half naked sex act in the bedroom and bath and that only revealed titties.
