The interface and graphics are quite similar to Shark's games: touching the right spots, orgasm meters and so on. I remember it was pretty hard to finish. Thanks Shark, but no. It 's older than the "Meet and Fuck" series, it doesn't have "cartoon graphics" and it is much more difficult.
