virtual jenna / sex villa problem

hi guys. who can help me?
on both games (sex villa / virtually jenna) i've got same problem. both games get stuck on update at the beginning of the whole thing. where i made mistake or what should i do to make it work?

same problem for me it starts i make the login. Than the intro screen appers and after this some kind check starts (xx% counting up xxx/yyy bytes counting up). When it reaches 99.8% (a pity) the programm stops.

I tried german and english version.

I you the version from rapidshare link provided by mario295 (hanks again).

Can anyone help?

Edit: Tried it again 1 hour later it now works not know why, but its ok with me.
