don't really think this .exe file is needed for anything, there is an .msi install file as well, but it's too big to online scanners that I know (almost 20 MB file)

Well, as blaman showed, this contains a virus. Secondly, it's a game that's been discussed here before (with abysmal 'box art' to make it seem as something legitimately new). And thirdly, I'm assuming Super M doesn't own imperia of hentai, while this is someone linking to his own blog, where he links to a pay per download site (http://hotfile.com/affiliate.html) for his own personal gain...
Not that I like Super M's posts, but at least it seems he doesn't do it for personal gain... (Edit: then again, that is just an assumption, I just checked and imperia of hentai also links to a pay per download site)

I have checked the .msi installer with 3 or 4 different scanners, they show nothing, so it should be clean. I'm not sure if the setup.exe file is needed here at all, was it added extra only as a method of distributing a virus ?

It was a very early version of a sequel to SB1 (it was mentioned somewhere in a thread for SB1, I think), quite buggy as I can remember. So yea, there is a game in it, but the 'box art' is totally unrelated.

I found the OP rather amusing...
Since when does a 19.2Mb game need 256Mb of RAM and 64Mb of GFX Card? And why does it need an audio-card when the game doesn't have sound...
As for the game itself... looks like a revamp of SB1 gone terrible wrong.

I googled a bit and found SB2 developer blog, got the newest release from there, it's clean

but the whole SB2 is just a remake of SB1 in C# at the moment. oh, did I mention that tons of options do not even work yet ? no saving, no girl training, not much advertising options and much much more
