Great news. As always, I'm excited for the new game.

I know, tlaero and Mortze have their hands full with this one and will not be thinking about the ones after this. All I say is, I don't care whether next games are based in same universe or not. All I want, is a good story and characters and I'm sure, they will continue to deliver on that.

I don't know any more than you but I suspect there will still be more story to tell in the Pandora world.

How about merging the two. So far as we can tell they've taken place in different locations around the world, but there's nothing that explicitly prevents one from existing in the same universe as the other. What's more, considering both specifically include supernatural elements, it's actually rather plausible.
Imagine Rita hitting it off with Sara and Sylvia or Miranda helping with some unorthodox problems on the Pandora expedition. Maybe even Hera and Morland teaming up after their respective defeats, for an ultimate showdown between good and evil. Sexy hijinks ensue.

It was a superior game compared to Dreaming with Elsa and Redemption of Jesskia. It was superior in graphics, realism, even sex scenes which had a heavy beautiful dose of romance to it..... But there is no bond made between the player and Miranda.

There is a little with Elsa, there is heck of a lot with Jessika, That end scene in RfJ for example when Jess run's off to the square. By the connection you build up for her in the game. By then you really do panic for her wondering if she's going to be alright.

You don't have that connection with Miranda. Miranda is more like a casual date. I don't know why. She really is stunningly beautiful and very well written. But there are edges to her personality that doesn't draw you in. Instead repels you for their sharpness.

Chloe had more 'warmth' in this game compared to Miranda. :P
Finding Miranda
Maybe she was different before the coma who known.

Still it is a superior game play compared to other two.

just realized something.

Miranda and Elsa are pretty darn evil and manipulative.

Playing Lucas as a Introvert not interested in dating Widower.

Miranda uses Elsa to portend to be Lucas dead wife in dream state in order to get Lucas to forget about his dead wife so that Miranda can seduce him.

What give Elsa and Miranda the right to manipulate him like that. He didn't say goodbye to his wife. He said good bye to a illusion . Concocted by Elsa and Miranda in order to seduce him.

So what if he can't let go that his life . Don't you think?

That's kind of cold and evil two of them. Elsa playing the part of his dead wife so that her friend Miranda can score with him.

Just saying. :)

Edit Add:

This is one of the sharp edges I described in a previous post that prevent you from forming a bond with Miranda. In real life dating that would be manipulation of feelings.

Elsa didn't play Lucas' wife. She's gave Lucas the Dream Master equivalent of a hypnotic suggestion that he'd see his wife. She wasn't actually there in his dream and didn't see it. Karen came from within Lucas. She's the manifestation of his memory of her. I tried to make that clear with the part where Lucas asks if she's real or just a figment of his imagination, she asked if it mattered, and he decided that it didn't. She's absolutely a figment of his imagination. Elsa just put him in a state where he would be able to talk to said figment.

Him saying goodbye to her is similar to people saying goodbye at a gravestone at the cemetery and imagining that they're there watching. He just has a more vivid imagination in his dream.

I wouldn't say "evil". Manipulative, perhaps, but definitely not evil.
Miranda doesn't need to seduce Lucas. It's clear from the start of the game that he's already infatuated with her, as she is with him. Miranda doesn't need to do anything special and neither does Lucas for both of them to get together.
The dream with Karen might be manipulative in a sense that both Miranda and Elsa used dreams (with Lucas consent!) to achieve one purpose: help him cope with Karen's demise.
In my opinion Elsa and Miranda are as manipulative as any psychologist or therapist Lucas might have willingly consulted. Hypnosis is a therapeutic method. Elsa uses dreams.
Since it was with Lucas consent and to his sole benefit (to get peace of mind regarding Karen) I can hardly say there was any "evilness" in that scene.

Something tells me that Xara might be Chloe's mother.

Xara of course is much older then she appears.
Chloe is much older then she appears.

Xara is of short petite stature
Chloe is of short petite stature

Xara's bedroom is very scant in furniture
Chloe's safehouse bedroom is very scant in furniture.

Xara is in direct contact with Chloe

Could Xara been trying to save her daughter
and that's why she lost her eyes when she tried to rescue her daughter? In the first try?

Side mystery: Xara's cane has a very distinctive and unique handle on the cane. Which is often very very front an center in any given scene with her.

Almost like Clue is being presented to us by the Creators of the games. ;)

Don't forget there is the option where Karen cheated on Lucas, which adds an interesting twist to later parts of the game.

Question:

In the scene where Jess and Marc are having the low key date and taking a walk along the river/canal.

Your background image is Amazing and looks like a real place!

Where was that picture taken? Holland/Amsterdam or Germany? It's actually breath taking beautiful.

Would love to visit when next time in Europe.

Btw Latvian-American myself.

Also would like to highly thank you for the end credits of RfJ and your recommendation to check out Halestorm. I was a Heavy Rock fan in 1980s but my interest tapper ed off in mid 1990s. So after playing RfJ followed your recommendation to check out Halestorm.

Most assuredly they're now in my top five of GOOD Bands List.

Halestorm 'I Am the Fire'

… And yes if you imagine a Halestorm like beat and sound coming out of Jesskia's recording room. It gives a new dimension to the Jesskia's character. Works well!

Well man no matter what culture. If a Man dates long enough we all end up encountering a cheating Karen in your life.. And yes if in a moment of weakness an for old time sake you take her back long for quick meaningless sex by mistake.. Your bound to end up like poor Lucas with a heart attack in the morning.. lol Cheating Karen's are simply bad news in or out of virtual reality.

Have you not followed the path where Lucas does not do it with Karen for old times sake?

I just uploaded an updated version of Finding Miranda to the MediaFire link on the first page. This version has the new menu with the 9 saves and import/export functionality. I'm going to upload it to Newgrounds soon. If anyone was thinking about playing again, make sure you grab the newest version.
