I don't know if these have been mentioned but, Choices, decisions, consequences and one other that escapes me, (even though it's in my quiz.) all by David Whyld also Nat Dewey alpha by Lost Trout.

Yeah Arthur Saxon is pretty much the best at this kind of stories if you don't mind poo.

The TF website is filled with this kind of games but sadly, most of them are unfinished so it can be a little frustrating. Also, if you don't like transformation stories, you're pretty much out of luck.
