I have 25 out of 35 score, done everything in the game (I know because at the bottom it says Keeley's bed is calling) but can't go to the bed scene after
the car sex scene :(

Is there an algorithm mistake or did I fail to max score some of the 'spicing up' scenes?

A fantastic game by the way. It's one of the best erotic games I've played in a while.

My only TINY complaint would be, until you got used to the screens, navigation was a bit tricky. But I used Tab to highlight click areas which made them a bit easier but you could improve the UI by adding labels perhaps.

Anyway, thanks again, loved it.

As long as the game doesn't tell you to go to bed and gives you the fail ending, there are still things to do. There are no bugs anyone is aware of, and the max score is obtainable, but finding everything is "hard" (in a 'needle in a haystack' kind of way...).

Blatant hint:
Seeing how easy it is to miss, my best guess is that you missed the magazine in the cafeteria.

I got the item in your spoiler. And something else someone might suggest because it's difficult to find I already got:
The dvd in the garage

I also Tabbed through all the screens and there was nothing new to click ....And the game DOES tell me to go to bed, that's why I got confused.

If you want to make things easy on yourself, play Life With Keeley on Firefox and tab through the links on each screen so that you know what your options are. Most of the bonus points (see below) depend on picking a link that's not immediately obvious.

Points guide

There are five points associated with each of the six scenes. Three points for successfully completing the scene, plus a two point bonus for completing an optional action.
Additionally, there are five miscellaneous points. One each for a) having a quickie in the first scene, b) flashing James after having a bath, and c) spying on Sandy and the loveshop guy. Finally, you receive two points for not waking up prematurely during Keeley's first dream about Christine.

Scene guide

Striptease - Initiate this by reading the magazine in the cafeteria. The bonus is awarded if Keeley rubs herself after finishing the striptease.
Bondage - Initiate this by talking to Adrian and finding out about his new girlfriend. The bonus is awarded if Keeley stays 'in character' for the whole of the scene.
Desk - Initiate this by talking to Thais in reception (she appears after you talk to Adrian). The bonus is awarded for watching Thais in the projection room.
Bar - Initiate this by talking to Keisha in the coffee shop (she appears after you complete the bondage scene). The bonus is awarded if Keeley stays 'in character' for the whole of the scene.
Porn video - Initiate this by finding the DVD in the garage (it appears after you complete the bondage scene). The bonus is awarded if Keeley correctly answers the video store clerk's questions about the DVD.

Ah, thanks, I missed most of those bonuses, explains my missing 10 points. What an in-depth game!

I'm back. Sorry for my outburst earlier. It was good that I left, though, because I was starting to get really grumpy about the nitpicking and that was going to start manifesting itself in ugly ways. I appreciate the discussion that's been going on here while I was gone. Thank you.

Sergey, you have my permission to translate Life With Keeley into French and upload it. As for "French her back" Christine stuck her tongue into Adrian's mouth and the link is an indication that he's going to do the same. It's not particularly problematic if you replace that phrasing with pretty much anything else, though. Some links are carefully worded to show character or advance the story, and some are just filler to get to the next image. "French her back" is filler. (-:

Dude, you rock. Thank you! I was extremely impressed with your characterization of Emily. Great work. I see there's a thread about that game. I'll comment on it later.

tlaero and phreaky are my fav game developers. I'm in my late 30s and sex in games/movies for me is most enjoyable when it has a context and meaning behind it.

When I started playing 'Life with keeley', on first night I had to close it after 3 scenes. My first reaction was that the game is good but I liked GTKC better. But, when I played it again second time, it totally blew me away. Keeley is obviously gorgeous and I love the way she looks. However, the best things about the game are different situations and dialogs. Everything flows properly and nothing seems forced/unnatural. There's even subtle humor in different scenes as a cherry on top. Each situation can be individually expanded as a complete short game in itself.

A price of being natural/grounded in reality is that, there is less of outrageous/group/fantasy scenes and writers had to resort to dream sequences for that but that's a price I'm willing to pay for a game as good as this. All girls have different characters and Keeley seems to have mellowed down compared to her personality in earlier games. Also, I'm not complaining but more effort has gone into drawing girls than guys.

Congrats and a big thank you to tlaero and phreaky for another awesome game. I can only imagine the effort it takes to produce something like this and I hope this team keeps going strong and creates even more great games like this. There are very few other good options in this genre of games and we're lucky to have these talented people working for us without monetary compensation.

I've seen that in my writer friends too. I'm fortunate enough to be in a situation where I rarely need to write something that's not important to me, though. I know that's rare and I count my lucky stars as a result.

Every game we've done has been important to me, for varying reasons.

Keeley 1
I wanted a dating game where she didn't jump him on the first date. I think that all these games where you meet a woman for the first time and have sex with her right away give people the wrong impression of reality. Granted, they did have sex on the second date, which is still fast, but I had to balance reality with gameplay there.

Keeley 2
I wanted to do a game where the sex scene branched as much as the dialog trees in other games. I'd love to be able to do that in every game, but they'd take decades to produce...

Christine
I really wanted to do a strong, confident female character. (I may have overdone it, though. I might need to do a game that shows that not all strong females are psychotic. :-) People asked if Christine was autobiographical and it really wasn't. Although there are aspects of her personality I aspire to (the good ones!) there's much more "Keeley" in me than "Christine." Truth be told, I got the idea for Christine from a rock song.

Keeley 3
I love ArianeB, but I wanted to disprove her comic. (-: Also, I was ... disappointed ... with previous attempts to do so.

We've gotten to the point where people are getting stuck with the final points and are starting to think about walkthroughs. Let me give you the general point breakdown so you can figure out where to look. I won't talk about any actual scenes, but I'll still hide this under a spoiler button.

There are 3 "goals" in the game--the non-dream things that happen when you go to sleep. The only difference between Easy, Medium, and Hard is how many of those goals you get to see before the game ends and how many points you need to unlock them.

There are 6 major "scenes" each worth 3 points. Each scene also has a 2 point "bonus" associated with it. The bonuses are a variety of things, from saying the right thing, to remembering the right thing, to frustratingly hidden click points. The important thing to know is that if you got 5 points for a scene, you don't need to search for bonuses in that scene anymore.

The one exception to this is the trigger for the first dream sequence. That's hidden in one of the scenes. Doing the dream sequence is worth 2 points.

That leaves 3 single point things scattered through the game. I don't have a way to describe these other than to say each is kind of a "mini-scene" that involves some titilation. If you're in a major scene looking for one of these points, you're not going to find it there.

Finally, there's a second dream, which you unlock if you get all 35 points.

Did you unzip the download to extract the Keeley3 game folder? If you did that, all you should need to do is open the folder and double click on start.html and the game should start in your default browser. if you use Chrome or Opera you may well have difficulties so try Firefox if you have any doubts.
